GSEB SSC Hall Ticket 2020: Gujarat Board 12th Hall Ticket 2020 will be soon available at gseb.org. The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) will soon be releasing the GSEB Hall Tickets 2020 for the Class 10 exam to be held from 5th March 2020. Upon its release, students can get hall tickets from their respective schools. The schools can download the Gujarat Board 12th Hall Ticket 2020 from the official website of the board at gseb.org. The Gujarat Board Halltickets 2020 is released two weeks before the exam so that students have sufficient time to check for any errors.

After downloading the 2nd Year Hall Tickets 2020 the students are required to get attested from the principal; after which they will be considered valid for the exam. Read on for more information related to downloading the GSEB HSC Hall Ticket 2020 and general queries related to the exam.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has released the hall tickets for the science stream practical examination. Earlier, the Gujarat Board has released an official notification announcing that the students will be able to download their hall tickets for practical examination February 10 onwards.

According to a GSHSEB official, the board has already announced the examination centres. The practical exams for physics, chemistry, and biology subjects will be conducted from February 14 to 24. The hall tickets of the students appearing for the examination will be available on the official website i.e. gseb.org and sciprac.gsebht.in.

Application number and index number or birth date is needed to download the GSHSEB Gujarat class 12 Board practical admit cards. Students who are reappearing for the examination can use the SID of their hall tickets.

Step 4: Fill in the required details like application number and index number or birth date

Students must note that to make the admit card valid, the students, their class teacher, and school principal should sign on the printout of the GSHSEB hall ticket. The printout should also bear the school’s seal. Admit card is a mandatory document. No student will be allowed to appear for the examination without the admit card.

Central Government Employee? NPS to Old Pension Scheme switch possible now – Check eligibility

There is going to be a one time option for the central government employees to get coverage of CCS Pension Rules 1972, in place of the National Pension System (NPS). This will be applicable for those employees who were selected before 01.01.2004 but joined after 01.01.2004. The Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare under the Government of India has issued an Office Memorandum (OM) recently thus giving an option to the impacted central government employees to opt for old pension scheme (OPS) instead of NPS.

There is good news for central government employees whose selection for an appointment was finalized before 1st of January 2004 but who joined service on or after this date. The central government has provided them with a one-time opportunity to get covered under the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972 instead of the NPS (National Pension System)

The one time option will only be for those Central Government employees whose selection for the appointment was finalised before 01.01.2004 but who joined Government service on or after 01.01.2004. The OM makes it clear that subject to conditions, the one time option would be available to only those Government employees who were declared successful for recruitment before 01.01.2004, against vacancies pertaining to the period prior to that date.

After the introduction of National Pension System (NPS), all Government employees appointed on or after 01.01.2004 to the posts in the Central Government service (except armed forces) are mandatorily covered under NPS. The Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972 and other connected rules were also amended and were not applicable to the Government employees appointed to Government service after 31.12.2003.

The Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare under the Government of India has issued an Office Memorandum (OM) recently thus giving an option to the impacted central government employees to opt for old pension scheme (OPS) instead of NPS.

Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions said, this order is expected to give relief to several Central Government employees, some of whom were seeking court's intervention to be covered under the old Pension Scheme.

Selection process:

The candidates will be selected on the basis of the merit of the percentage obtained in standard-10. No written examination or oral examination should be taken for this. If two candidates have obtained the same percentage then the larger the candidate's age, the higher the priority.

If the date of birth of both is the same then in the case of the candidate who has passed standard-10 earlier, preference will be given. If there are similarities, then in this case, priority will be given on alphabet order basis. If the scheduled number of scheduled caste candidates is not available then that number will be filled by the Scheduled Tribe candidates.

In this case, candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes will be given opportunity in the case of Scheduled Tribe seats. If both seats (SC / ST) cannot be filled, then non-disagreeable seats will be offered on these seats.
