Jeevan Umang Policy Premium
If you sign up for a LIC Jeevan Umang policy at the age of 26 for an insurance cover of Rs 4.5 lakh, you will have to pay around Rs 1,350 per month. It is around Rs 45 per day. This way your premium will be Rs. 15,882 in one year and Rs. 47,6460 in 30 years.
A total of Rs. 36 lakhs
After you have paid your premium for 30 years without any interruption, LIC will pay an annual return of Rs. 36,000 will start collecting. That way if you keep taking a return of Rs 36,000 per year from the 31st year of investment till the age of 100, you will get an amount of around Rs 36 lakh.

Benefits of LIC Life Excitement Policy
Taking this policy also provides tax exemption under Section 80C of the Income Tax Act. Basic Sum Assured under LIC Jeevan Umang Policy is Rs. 2 lakhs.
If the policyholder dies before the age of 100, the nominee will be paid a lump sum, which they may also choose to take in installments.
