It is becoming common to think that people are getting sick due to routine. It is also believed that obesity caused by junk food can be reduced by exercising. However, the truth is that you can't lose weight from junk food even with exercise. Along with pizza, burgers, cold drinks, every kind of processed food is the cause of the social epidemic spreading in the world.

I have been seeing patients for over 30 years. This was the time when junk food was making its way into the diet and there was no such thing as diabetes in children. The disease was seen only in people above 50 years of age. As the new century began, diabetes and obesity became common among people of all ages. When governments in Europe and America clamped down on companies, they began expanding their empires in Asia, South America, and Africa. Today you see these diseases in India from children to old people.

The International Journal of Obesity recently endorsed a 2014 report from the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. The report states that obesity-promoting genes continue to form in children's DNA from birth to adulthood. This research has been published after 63 years of study. It looked at the DNA, obesity and height of 38,530 twins (77,060 in total) up to the age of 19.

The report states that junk food introduces bad bacteria into the body. It replaces the good bacteria. This is where obesity and diabetes begin. These bad bacteria neutralize natural insulin. The problem has become even more acute as it is being inherited by children from their parents.
