Easy way to make instant jaljeera powder at home

Material

Dry mint leaves- 1 cup
Roasted cumin seeds- 4 teaspoons
Dry ginger powder- 1 teaspoon
Black salt- 1 teaspoon
Black pepper- 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice- 2 teaspoons
White salt- 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida- 2
Pinches large cardamom- 4 

Method of making 

Take a mixie jar to make jaljeera powder. Add roasted cumin, big cardamom, black pepper and all the ingredients and grind it. Jaljeera powder will be ready in two minutes. You can store it and drink it whenever you want with a glass of cold water.
