Skin diseases are common. And it is caused by blood defects. There are many home remedies for this which can be very beneficial. Wear cotton or cotton clothes.
Apply coconut oil with camphor.

Apply aloe vera and turmeric.
Apply Srigandha in lemon juice.
Use turmeric and camphor powder in chickpea or mung flour for bathing.
Drink 2 teaspoons of cow urine extract mixed with water every day.

1) If the teeth are loose, rinse with a decoction of pomegranate peel.

2) For toothache, press the ginger powder in the tooth and keep it for a while. Or grind garlic and singhav namak and press it between the teeth.

3) To keep the teeth beautiful and clean, rub Tulsi chew on the teeth or brush the teeth with lemon juice and singhav namak.

4) Insist on teething with neem or acacia teeth. A bite of mango, pipal or jambu can also work.

1) Regular diet and fasting once in 15 days in a week or digestion is good.

2) Do not eat anything between two meals.

3) When there is pain in the stomach, one should add 1 teaspoon of triphalachurn in 1 glass of hot water and drink it.

4) After constipation, add 1/2 teaspoon in a glass of water and drink at night.

5) If frequent diarrhea and vomiting are occurring, drink coconut water + 2 spoons of honey + 3 cardamom powder.

6) In case of defecation immediately after meal, 1 spoon of amla powder and 1 spoon of Desi cow ghee should be eaten before meal.

7) If there is a lot of pain in the stomach, add 3 spoons of banana juice and 1 spoon of singhav namak to 1 glass of water and drink it.

ઘુંટણ અને કમરનો દુઃખાવો ઘરગથ્થુ ઉપચાર

This disease is mostly seen in the elderly and after the age of 40 years. Often this disease is also caused by mental stress.

1) In which, make a decoction of five leaves of Parijat and drink it once daily.

2) Regular use of wheat, native cow's milk and ghee, fenugreek, garlic, sesame, jaggery, millet, honey, black pepper, sitafal (if diabetes is not present) is beneficial.

3) If there is pain in back and waist, doing Sarvagasana, Natarajasana and Merkatasana is very beneficial.

4) Avoid sleeping on mattress which is very important for back pain patients.

5) Massage with mustard oil and then rinse with warm water. Or put ajmo, salt camphor and garlic in mustard oil and heat the oil and keep it in a vial.

6) Vajrasana should be done regularly for knee pain.

Women's Menstrual Disorders Home Remedies

1) Drink Tulsi decoction twice a day.

2) Take 1 glass of water + 5 neem leaves powder + 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric + 1 teaspoon of honey and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.

3) Take mint decoction once a day.

4) More use of water kept in copper pots.

5) Do not take bath immediately after meal.

6) Take 1/2 teaspoon of Asparagus powder twice and take 10 grams of ashoka tree bark and take its decoction twice a day. This experiment can be done for 1 to 3 months.

Different home remedies for such different diseases no doubt give good results, but all that is required is a healthy diet and some patience.
