કુટુંબ સહાય યોજના ફોર્મ: Family Assistance Yojana Form: Various schemes are run with the objective of helping the economically weaker sections of the society. In which the benefit of Sankat Mochan Yojana or National Family Support Yojana is provided by the Social Security Department in case of death of the main earner of the family living below poverty line (BPL) due to natural or accidental causes and to help the family by providing financial assistance in this sudden calamity/difficulty situation.

This scheme provides assistance of Rs.2000/- to the family living below the poverty line who have lost financial support. The scheme has been launched by the Ministry of Rural Development. Under which this assistance is given once to a person in his household after accidental or natural death of a person aged 18 to 64 years.

Where to Apply for Family Assistance Scheme

1. Where and how to apply for Gujarat Government Schemes has been decided. That way How to Apply for Kutumb Sahay Yojana is also decided. The scheme has to be applied online.

2. Gujarat Government has started online application from Digital Gujarat Portal Website at Gram Panchayat to do Kutumb Sahay Yojana Online.

3. Online form has to be filled on Digital Gujarat portal (Digital Gujarat login) from VCE at Gram Panchayat. To avail the benefits under Sankat Mochan Yojana, one has to apply online through Digital Gujarat Portal from VCE (Village Computer Entrepreneur) at each Gram Panchayat.

4. Online application has to be done on Digital Gujarat Portal with “Computer Operator of Social Security Office” at Taluka Mamlatdar Office.
