Kuvarbainu Mameru Yojana Income Limit
The Social Justice and Empowerment Department has set an annual income limit of 1,20,000/- in rural areas and 1,50,000/- in urban areas under Kunwarbai Yojana.
What is Kunvarbai's mother's plan?
Kunvarbai's Mameru Yojana is a scheme run under the Social Welfare Branch of the Government of Gujarat which benefits Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe girls. After those girls get married they can avail this scheme. This scheme is also known as Mangalsutra scheme.
In Mangalsutra Yojana financial assistance is provided by the government to the applicant. Which was earlier Rs.10,000, now it has been increased to Rs.12,000.
Eligibility and criteria for the scheme for single women

Candidates applying first should be permanent resident of Gujarat state.
This facility can be availed by the applicant at the time of his daughter's marriage.
Up to the marriage of two (2) adult girls of the family are eligible under this scheme.
The age of the bride should be 18 years at the time of marriage and the age of the youth should be 21 years.
Annual family income in rural areas is Rs. 1,20,000 should not exceed.
And for urban areas the annual income of the applicant is Rs. 1,50,000 should not be.
If a girl remarries, she will not be able to avail the benefit.
Assistance must be applied for within two years of marriage.
The assistance of the scheme will be available to women from seven Fera Group Scheduled Districts.
